With his extensive experience and sharp acumen in Financial, Industrial, and Marketing Management, he has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s exponential growth. Under his maverick leadership and a highly professional management team, LOTEPL manages 9 premium Darjeeling Organic tea estates with a production capacity of 800MT, providing livelihoods to more than 40,000 people residing in the plantations.
