At LOTEPL, we are united by a shared passion for tea and a commitment to the well-being of all members of our community. From the hardworking women who harvest our tea leaves to their families and all of our employees, we are all connected by the cycles of the seasons and the beauty of the tea bushes.

Our top priority is the welfare of our team, and we support this through various social initiatives, such as scholarships for higher education and vocational training, which empower young people with the skills for alternative career opportunities and provide children with free access to primary education.
